The two of them didn’t have any real feelings for each other, and for Max, taking Juliette in and not divorcing her was already a great favor.
Since Juliette didn’t even want to be hospitalized, he didn’t mind either.
The two of them quickly completed the discharge procedures and took a taxi to Max’s apartment in Newton.
“Hmm, I still don’t know your name. After following Max home, Juliette asked.
Now she remembered to ask his name!
The man turned around, his deep eyes looking at Juliette, his thin lips parted slightly. “Max. Donovan.”
He didn’t want to miss any subtle expression in this woman’s eyes.
Juliette was a little surprised. “Your last name is Donovan?”
“Why? Is there a problem?”
“There’s a wealthy family in Newton with the same last name, Donovan.” Juliette said, hinting.
“Not every Donovan is part of a wealthy family. I’m just an ordinary person.”
Juliette thought for a moment and agreed. She had been too sensitive.
She had heard of the Donovan family, but there was no one named Max.

The only one she knew about was the mysterious third son of the Donovan family, whose name she didn’t know.
But that man was disabled.
Her new husband, on the other hand, was almost 6 feet 3 inches tall, with a long, graceful figure, and an outstandingly handsome face. He didn’t resemble that third young master in the slightest.
Max observed her expression, and it seemed she truly didn’t know.
He rarely returned to Newton, and even if some of the distant relatives of the Donovan family saw him, they might not recognize him, let alone a woman who had spent three years in

“Being ordinary isn’t a bad thing. I won’t just stay at home doing nothing. I’ll go out and look for a job.”
“Do as you wish.” Max glanced at the time and said, “I need to go out. Don’t wait for me for dinner.
Juliette opened her mouth to say that she had just gotten out of prison, had no money, and couldn’t afford a meal.
But then she thought better of it and decided to stay quiet. She didn’t want to be a burden.
After all, it was already very kind of him to take her in.
The most important thing now was to find a job as soon as possible!
The driver, Henry Bowen, was driving a Rolls–Royce to pick Max up at the apartment.
“Mr. Donovan, where to now?”
“Sphere Corporation.” The man crossed his long legs, exuding an air of elegance.
As they passed a street, Henry, with his sharp eyes, saw Juliette, who had been asking around for a marriage partner before.
“Mr. Donovan, we’ve encountered Ms. Monroe again.”
Max looked out the window.
It was indeed her.
Her clothes were so worn out they were nearly white, as shabby as could be.
The only thing she had going for her was her face–it was beautiful.
She looks sick, just out of the hospital, yet she’s still wandering around. Doesn’t she fear fainting again? Does she really think she’ll always be lucky enough to have someone take her to the hospital?
“Don’t mind her, just keep driving,” Max ordered.
Someone who didn’t care about their own body shouldn’t expect others to care about them.
Upon arriving at Sphere Corporation, Max’s cold face remained as he took the exclusive elevator to the top floor.

“Mr. Donovan, this document is for the partnership with Monroe Pharmaceutical and requires. your signature,” the secretary said, standing beside him, offering a file.
Max glanced at it. Sphere Corporation was involved in many industries.
People these days paid more attention to health, and the health supplement industry had great. potential.
Monroe Pharmaceutical held some standing in Newton.
But thinking about the disgusting methods Lucas had used today, partnering with such a person was beneath him.
“Remove Monroe Pharmaceutical from the partnership and never cooperate with them again.” Max ordered coldly.
“Yes!” the secretary replied.
