113 Bella She didnt really have a problem with Parker being the one to look after Whit and Milly .
He was Whits dad and Milly was getting along with him well , had likely bonded to him in her own distress over seeing Bella in the hospital , unconscious with IV lines running and an ECG monitor hooked up to her constantly .
She might not have known the exact truth , but seeing anyone in a room with machines beeping and things attached to them , even children her age understood something was wrong ; that a person was sick .
It was likely Milly had needed comfort and Parker had given it , so much so that she was now bonded to him , likely from what shed seen this morning Milly asleep on him , and then this afternoon , sharing food with him , and all the times hed been able to pick her up , she was ast bonded to him as she was to herself .
Her little girl had been upset about Whit having a dad , and she didnt have one .
Now it seemed that her little girl was looking at Parker in maybe that same capacity .
She also knew that Parker wasnt going to stop her from doing it .
Hed told her hed bleed Milly to him and he to her , so there would be a full father / daughter bond there and take her as his own if shed accept him once more .
Shed not made any decisions about that , couldnt , didnt have any connections to anyone at the time .
To make a decision like that , but she did think about it , and watch him at times with not only Whit but Milly as well with a view to answering his question .
Though she had no idea how long it would take for her to make that decision .
They had very long lives and so it didnt she think really matter if she took a few weeks or months to make that choice .
Both Whit and Milly were it seemed okay with Parker being the one that stayed at the house with them while she was in the hospital .
Though she was glad hed accepted doing that at the house and not insisted on it being in the Alpha Suite solely because she was in the hospital .
If Whit had asked to see the Alpha Suite and wanted to stay up there of his own accord before this event ; that rendered her unable to look after them .
Had previously done so , she wouldnt have cared either way .
But Whit hadnt done that , and so she did not want to push him into doing that , just because of this situation .
She knew he would do it when he was ready .
She was only a little surprised that Parker had offered himself up to watch them , and be there for them .
She figured it was € 113 probably something he actually wanted .
And not just for him to be closer to Whitney , but to show her he could be a good dad as well .
Though he didnt know he didnt need to actually do that , shed always thought hed be a good dad , though shed thought hed also be pretty strict , and it did surprise her quite a bit that he wasnt .
Hed also spent more time with her and the children than in his office over the past week , and had seemed to just let others within his pack or head office run the business for him .
She had a feeling Kane , Shannon and Axel were attending to a lot of pack business related things while .
he wasnt doing that .
She knew they were all capable of doing that , holding down the fort and running the pack and the businesses as well .
Had been able to do that when shed been here , nothing would have changed in that regard .
Parker sat that night with her and the children , and they had dinner together .
Hed had meals prepared and sent down here from the packhouse .
He smiled at her and stated it was nice to eat just the four of them , like a family .

Shed not said anything at all , let that one go even though shed seen Milly smile at him , and Whit nod his head but say nothing .
Shed also seen Vex look at her several times during the afternoon and now evening .
Wondered if Parkers wolf wanted to say something to her or if he was just watching her for whatever reason .
They couldnt talk privately , but she saw Whit notice it , that boy was observant when he was in the same room as her and Parker .
Likely waiting to see what was going to happen between the two of them .

Though he kept his hands to himself , he always smiled at her over the week theyd been there .
She had a feeling from everything she was seeing today , including the way the nurses and Annette looked at Parker , and occasionally herself ; full open curiosity on their faces as to what they were all seeing and what they thought was going on .
She was in the Lunas Medical Suite .
And she did question him about that after the new nurse on duty , one shed not known , looked from her to Parker and smiled .
