123 Belladonna She went off and spoke to Annette , after Whit and Milly headed off to have dinner with Parker .
Sending both of them to do that , and not just Whit ; that was her way of showing Parker that she still wanted him to spend time with Milly , something she thought he would see as a good thing .
Annette asked her a bunch of questions about being healed , and although she still had healing going on and could feel the tingling sensation of Venus healing ability , it was no longer all over her chest ; solely focused on her sternum only , the ribs were fully healed now .
She would be all healed up by morning , she thought , and she , herself , as a doctor , thought it was appropriate to be discharged now .
Annette stared at her for a long moment and then nodded On one condition .
Shed stated That you still rest until the full moon , your wolf isnt fully realised yet .
So Id still like you to have some assistance if needed .
I know Parker moved you and the children into the packhouse .
Id like that to stay as is until the full moon .
Bella had nodded simply , and shed seen Annette blink in surprise that shed not fought her about it .
Bella had just smiled and told her , Ive already decided to do that .
It will be good for Whit and Parker to be close together .
Your daughter is quite attached to Parker as well , I see .
Annette had commented almost a little too casually .

Bella nodded and she was .
It was probably just a matter of time before the word daddy , came out of Milly when she wanted something from him .
Milly knew Parker was Whits dad and , with the amount of time hed spent with both her children in the past two weeks , and the way he smiled at Milly and picked her up , played with her , it was pretty much the same amount of time as he spent with Whit .
Milly , she knew , was looking at Parker the way shed once looked at Bella , before being bled to her .
It would be nice when that day came , and she was officially bled to Parker , and there was a true kin bond formed between them .
Though she was completely certain that it was already there for Milly .
Annette , Ill be staying for a while .
Shed told her , May we have a word in your office about a few things ? shed asked , and theyd gone to Annettes office , and shed closed the door Ill be staying for many months , until Bridgit gives birth .
She told her , she couldnt tell her she knew what Parker was to her but also needed to see Bridgits medical file and discuss what Freya 123 had told her about Bridgit .
Oh , thats good shes had some trouble previously .
What made you want to stay ? Annette asked .
Freya told me I needed to be here to deliver Bridgits triplets .
Selena also wants that , apparently .
She sighed softly , though it was a bit on the heavy side .
Well have to prep in advance for it .
Its going to be hectic , and likely see Bridgit or the triplets in distress during the delivery .
Delivering in the surgical bay , not the delivery suite , I believe will be needed .
Annette sighed herself now .
Shes not been able to carry a single pup for more than a month , since having Adria , shes lost a few.
Shell not be losing the triplets , Bella stated .
Ill not be leaving the pack the entire time shes pregnant , and you and I will deliver the triplets together and look after both the mother and the pups , like we used to do .
That will be about four months , that youll be here then .
Bridgit carried Adria for five months , but triples will come early .
Thats fine , Ill be here as long as I am needed to be .
Bella smiled at her , though a part of her knew she was never leaving the pack , but that would all come about for the pack on the full moon , until then she had to keep that information to herself .
Alright , I might just put you to work then , seeing as youre going to be here for that long .
Please do , Bella chuckled .
Now if you give me a set of scrubs to wear , so I can walk through the pack not in my pajamas , that would be nice .
I have to go and talk with Parker .
Annette had done that , given her a set of the packs spare scrubs , simple soft green and white , and shed showered and changed into them before heading for the packhouse .
She needed to sort out the mess shed made , and wanted to do that quickly before things got even worse and Parker walked away from her and Venus .
Parker had returned to his office and to work she knew , when for the past week hed been at her bedside , he was going to bury himself in work , to not have to deal with her .
She wanted , no , she needed him to not want to do that .
She strolled into the packhouse only to find Parker standing in his office doorway , waiting for her .
She thought Annette must have mind linked to him that shed been released ; it had been her first thought , but then he raised an eyebrow at her and that made her wonder if hed not been told at all .
Bella felt Venus lift her head inside her mind and look at him , but she didnt push forward to 173 show him she was looking at him .
Venus wanted to watch him but not have him know she was doing so .
Her beast was curious about their Mate but also felt uncertain about him at the same time .
Shed not had the connection to him Bella had and , though she wanted it , appeared to be a bit on the shy side .
Bella talked to him like she normally would , and tried not to feel that bit of nervousness around him in knowing what he was to them , when he didnt know , as she stood in the elevator next to him .
She stepped out of the elevator and turned automatically to her left , to where she knew the hallway would lead to Parker and his units suites had once been .
Where she thought he would put her and the children .
Somewhere close to himself.
Only to have Parkers hand curl gently around her elbow .
Its not that way , he told her .

She stated a bit confused as he turned her in the completely opposite direction .
She could feel the sparks of their Mate Bond on her skin where his hand was on her , his touch was light and gentle , and she felt Venus purr softly inside her mind at the sensation of their Mate touching them .
Her heart rate increased at the feeling of it as well .
That was not something she could control at the moment .
Parker turned his eyes right on her , and she saw his head tilt ever so slightly to the left as he looked at her .
She knew he or Vex had picked up on it , and the corner of his mouth twitched as well , just briefly as he realised his touch was affecting her .
I have done that .
He smiled at her .
I just moved myself and my unit to new suites , after everything that happened .
He nodded .
I built a new suite in the south wing , your room is next to mine , He told her .
She nodded , recalling he had told her something about it before .
I thought youd just gutted and remodelled your previous suite .
Parkers hand fell away from her elbow , and she fell into step with him .
No , he stated , That room is now considered tainted , and is not for me , or … he trailed off .
Bella looked at him when he didnt finish .
Or ? she prompted .
My new family , he told her .
I wouldnt want Whit in that room , or you either … when you visit , of course .
He murmured softly , but there was a smile in his voice .
You planned ahead ? she asked curiously .
€ 123 Of course , I did , right from the moment I found out what was going on .
Ive not been in that room since that day .
Slept elsewhere , pretty much burned everything .
What ? she stared at him completely shocked now .
Your own things even ? she frowned at him .
She still had some things hed bought her , clothes that were in perfect condition .
Still wore them at times .
I have a whole new wardrobe and furniture as well .
He nodded .
Would you like to see the Alpha Suite ? Ive prepped a room for Whit .
His eyes turned to hers .
Bella stared at him now as they came to a halt outside the Alpha Suite .
There was a small golden plaque on the door that read Alpha Suite .
Its unlocked Belladonna , you may go inside if you wish too .
He turned to face her , smiling at her .
She stood staring at him now , something was going on , hed left the hospital not wanting to be around her , that much she did know ; what had changed ? She watched as Parker leaned on the wall next to the door to his suite and just smiled at her .
Youre welcome in my suite anytime you like , Belladonna .
He practically drawled .
Parker L … she didnt know what to say to him .
He was once again flirting with her , she thought .
He chuckled softly and stepped up to her .
Are you nervous , Belladonna ? he murmured , to go .
inside my suite ? His voice was suddenly on the soft and husky side , and her eyes met his , as her heart rate once again increased dramatically as she realised what he was implying .
His smile deepened a little , and she knew hed picked up on her reaction to him , but she couldnt bloody help it .
He was her Mate , and he was openly showing her he was not only attracted to her , but interested in pulling her into his bed , and inside the Alpha Suite , a place shed never been allowed before .
