Epilogue: The Luna Ceremony

Parker had chosen some of the most beautiful gowns she’d ever seen, and it had taken her a long time to choose the one she had wanted. He’d not gone with her, told her to take her Lond’s unt, Kristy, flicky, Bridget with her. He wanted to be surprised by the gown she wore, and so she had asked them to go with her, and she’d invited both Annette and Meredith along with them as well.
They’d all insisted on her trying on all the gowns to see what she might like after standing staring at them in shock, she’d known he’d always had nice taste, but this was some extravagance, and she’d found one, among the dresses he’d set up. Though had told her to look about and see if there was anything else she wanted, she didn’t have to choose something from those he’d liked.
It was completely her choice. He’d only picked them out thinking the full moon might be closer than a month away. The dress she chose it was the fourth one she’d tried on, and after trying them all on at the girl’s request, she went back to it and opted to put it on once more. It was a lovely Champaigne satin ballgown style dress, that had a beautiful pleated criss–crossed body.
It had a silver embroidered sweetheart neckline with narrow straps over each shoulder, and a lovely soft flowing and a cascading flowing ribbon flare styled off the left side. It also had a small train off the back that she liked, and a beautifully ribboned–up back. There were silver embellishments down the back straps and edge of the bodice’s pleats. She kind of felt like her dress fitted to the pack’s name.
Her hair and make her were done. She’d had it styled simply, parted to the side and swept back and around to the fall down over her right shoulder, in big curls, to allow for the overly large filigree that depicted Vex had marked Venus in wolfen form. It was twice the size of regular filigree, and she saw the pretty flower in the middle of it.
A Belladonna Lilly that was surrounded by dozens of tiny swirls like the pack symbol. Parker had stood behind her and pointed it out to her in the mirror, the following morning after Venus and Vex had marked and mated. He’d turned his own neck to show her he had an identical mark. He’d smiled at her and growled ‘ Branded your name on me once more, I like it!
Belladonna was standing outside the ballroom with both Whit and Milly in front of her, and she knew Parker was on the other side of the doors or coming this way, trotting up the stairs to open the doors for her entrance to the Luna Ceremony. She could tell by the way his tether moved towards her quite quickly.
She knew he’d planned everything, right down to all the beautiful orange and yellow roses in tall vases around the room. He’d found out she loved yellow roses and so had filled their ballroom with orange roses for Venus and yellow roses for her. He had even gotten yellow and orange hybrid roses, that were dotted through with white roses.
There were midnight blue and silver ribbons tied to all the flowers on the tables decorated in pack colours, and every second table instead of orange and yellow roses had blue Dendrobium Orchards with white Calla Lillys that also represented pack colours. She was actually wearing a Dendrobium Orchard in her
ir to give a little pack colour to her dress.
She knew he was in there wearing his pack suit, identical to the one that Whit was wearing, and Milly had on a pretty sparkly ball gown style, blue dress with a ribbon waist. Both the children were dressed in pack
colours and looked adorate. Shed taken many photos upstar of themed even

He opened both the doors in what she could only think was a grand gesture and stepped back for not on

him to see her but those in the ballroom as well. She saw his eyes slide over her and a smile spread across his face, the word “beautiful” came from him, as Whit and Milly walked into the room ahead of her, and he stepped over holding his arm out for her to take.
She slipped her hand through the crook of his elbow, and they walked down the six steps into the ballroom itself, Parker escorted her to the raised platform and up to where everyone could see her and turned her about. She shook head a little at him, as he smiled at her. He’d timed everything out perfectly, and she felt the
moon set as he stepped them to face the pack.
“I present to you all, formally your Luna, Belladonna Lilly Hartly and my Goddess Gifted Mate. A true blessing to this pack and I thank Selena for gifting her to me, after all we have been through. I am truly thankful that
Belladonna could see her way to coming to love and accept me as her Mate once more. There were many obstacles in our way to coming back together, but we have, I feel, been blessed by Selena herself.”
He smiled at her, and she nodded at him. “Do you want to tell them?” she asked, and he shook his head
gently, still smiling at her.
“The honour my love is all yours,” Parker told her softly.
Bella smiled up at him and then turned to the pack, “I am not only proud to be here as your Luna, as Alpha
Parkers Goddess–Gifted Mate. I willingly swear my loyalty to the pack, and I promise to do my best to guide
you all, in not only advice but the safe and healthy delivery of all pups born into this pack.” She bowed to
them all, showing the pack members respect.
She heard lots of clapping and happy chatter as she lifted her head and smiled as Parker settled the crowd
so she could tell them the good news. “I have one more thing to announce to you all… it is with great joy that !
inform you, your Alpha and I are with pup. As so very many of you are.” She chuckled softly, and so did many
within the ballroom.
Her heat had rolled Venus’s fertility effect through the pack and there were 67 pregnant she–wolves in this
pack and about 100 between the other five subsidiary packs as well. It was going to be a very hectic time
here in the pack in four to six months. Even Annette was currently with pup, as were Kane and Kristy,
Shannon and Nicky.
She and Annette had their work cut out for them after they themselves gave birth. She felt Parker’s arms
slide around her and hugged her gently to him, as he kissed her temple softly, and announced for all to hear
that they were having a boy.
Her heat had been eight days after they were officially Marked and Mated. Venus had woken up chuckling at her right before she’d felt the effects of her heat come on. “We’re going to make a pup with our Mate,” she’d been told a little excitedly.
Her wolf had even known the moment conception had happened, had howled right into their suite’s bedroom, full of happiness and joy. It was actually Venus and Vex that had conceived their pup mating in human form.

Epilogue The Luna Celemony
They’d not told anyone until this moment, kept it for a surprise announcement. Two joyous things on on event. Only Shannon had picked it up. Nothing got past the pack’s Gamma, it seemed.
She was only two weeks along at this point, and it wasn’t yet noticeable, and although she’d known right away about it. She and Venus had not told Vex or Parker, wanting it to be a surprise for them both.
Bella knew he wanted babies with her, always had, and he’d missed everything with Whitney, even that moment when he figured out that she was pregnant, when he picked up that she smelt different to him, or picked up the heartbeat while touching her, which ever it was to come first; she wanted him to have that moment of realisation and joy.
So, they had decided to let him find it out for himself. The man had stared at her nine days into her pregnancy, as she’d walked past him in the packhouse foyer, on the way to the hospital, and she’d smiled at him like always, though had then frowned at his sudden frowning at her.
She’d heard Venus chortle inside her mind as that frown turned into sudden undivided all Alpha attention, from him and his beast, ‘He knows.‘ Venus had chortled. She was a happy, playful wolf always, it seemed, and had smiled at them as they’d shot across the foyer to lay paws on them.
Venus was often snuggled up to Vex in human form in their bed or on the couch. She loved touching him all the time, and didn’t really like it when he left the pack even to attend Alpha duties. Was of the opinion that they’d been apart for far long enough.
