LIANA’S POV

I was shaking, my whole body trembling as those three monsters came closer, and for the first time since they locked me up in this stinking, foul–smelling room, I truly believed this was the end. My hands were tied, my legs felt like they couldn’t move even if I tried, and my heart was racing so fast it hurt. I kept whispering Killian’s name under my breath like it was a spell, hoping, praying, begging for a miracle, but I knew deep down, I was on
my own now,
“She’ll be so sweet,” one of them sneered as he reached out for me, and I turned my face, unable to even scream. But a low growl escaped my throat without warning, one that made him pause for a second. His face twisted in anger and he slapped me so hard my neck snapped to the side. My ears rang, I could taste blood.
“Shut up stupid little bitch,” he muttered.
Tears poured from my eyes, but I wasn’t crying because of the pain. I was crying because I was terrified. Because I didn’t want to die this way. I didn’t want to be touched by them. I didn’t want to be broken by them. I was too weak to fight, but I didn’t want to be a victim anymore. I thought about Ryan. My baby. What would happen to him if I didn’t make it out alive? Who would hold him at night and kiss him on the forehead? Who would tell him how much he meant to me? I thought about Killan. His voice, his eyes, the way he said my name when no one else was listening.
The sound of their belts unbuckling yanked me back into the moment.
“I’ll take her ass,” one of them growled with a alck grin.
“I want her pussy,” another said, his hands already tugging his pants down.
“Then her mouth is mine,” the last one sneered, and they all laughed like this was some kind of game.
I wanted to puke. My stomach twisted in knots, and I started shaking harder. My entire body was screaming for help. I didn’t know where the strength came from, I was exhausted, bruised, beaten, and drained, but something inside me shook. Like something deep within me had finally woken up. Something dark. Something angry. Something feral,
“Don’t touch mel” I screamed.
But the voice wasn’t mine. It come from me, but it wasn’t mine. It was deeper, stronger, almost inhuman.
The men paused.
“What the fuck was that?” one of them asked, loolding around.
But there was no one else there,
They looked back at me and shrugged. One of them grabbed my shirt and tried to rip it off.
That was when it happened.
With a strength I didn’t even know I had, I shoved all three of them at once. My hands which had been tied before had been loosed due to the force I’d used. They flow across the room like rog dolls and crashed against the walls, groaning in pain.
I blinked. My own chest was rising and folling so hard I thought I was going to pass out. What the hell had I just

done?
The one with the scarred face scrambled to his feet, holding his ribs. “She’s just like her mother… Alpha Emilia… Fuck, she’s even stronger!”
“We’ve been tricked! She’s been hiding it!”
“We have to run! We have to fucking run!”
But they didn’t get far.
I was on them in seconds. I didn’t even know how I was moving so fast. I didn’t feel pain anymore. I didn’t feel anything except rage, anger, fury.
I punched, kicked and sank my teeth into one of their shoulders and he howled like a dying animal. Blood sprayed across the walls. Bones cracked. I grabbed one of them by the throat and slammed him down so hard the floor shook beneath us.
“PLEASE!” one of them cried. “Please, we didn’t know
“SHUT UP!” I roared, punching him again and again until his face was swollen and unrecognizable.
Another one tried to crawl away, and I dragged him back by the leg.
“You were going to rape me? KILL me?!” I shrieked, punching him square in the face.
The third one was sobbing now, blood pouring from his mouth. “Please… we were wrong… we didn’t know you still had your mom’s pow-
“SHUT UP!”
I didn’t stop. I couldn’t. The room was filled with cries and begging and blood, but I didn’t care. I was done being the victim. I was done letting people walk over me.
When I finally stopped, all three of them were barely breathing, unconscious or close to it. My hands were covered. in blood. My clothes were ripped. My face was wet with sweat and tears, and I was gasping for air.
I stood there in the middle of it all, shaking like a leaf, but stronger than I’d ever felt in my life.
For the first time, I wasn’t afraid.
For the first time, I knew who I really was.
I was the daughter of my late Mom, Alpha Emilia.
