“What did she just say?” A whisper rippled through the crowd, growing louder by the second

“But don’t be so quick to judge, someone added, glancing toward the maid. “She’s pretty enough, I suppose. Heard rumors about Cal and Gamma Elara too–seens like a good looking woman could lure him into trouble.”
The room fell silent. All eyes turned to Carl, who stood with his arms folded, a smirk playing on his lips. His gaze ficked betwin Fenna and eyes cold and calculating
“So, you’re accusing me of cape?” His voice was low, almost amused. “When exactly lady—slandering an Alpha is a crime with severe consequences.”

Fenna’s heart raced. She hadn’t prepared for this. Her voice faltered as she opened her mouth, but no words came out. Panic gripped her, and the weight of the crowd’s attention was suffocating
Miela, however, stepped forward. Her voice, a blend of shock and fury, out through the tension. “I’ve heard the rumors from my maid. But i didn’t know it was you. Alpha Carl! How could you do this to a sweet, innocent gel?”
Her voice grew louder with each word, gaining momentum, feeding off the growing sympathy in the room. The croyed started nodding in agreement, some even murmuring their disapproval of the Alpha.
Miela took another step forward, her chest heaving with indignation. “What disgusts me the most is how the powerful trample over the lives of the weak Fenna might be just a maid, but that doesn’t give you the right to assault her. I’m standing up for her today–for justice
The murmurs grew into whispers of approval. More and more faces turned toward her, expressions softening in agreement. As Miela’s speech ended applause broke out across the room, echoing off the walk.
But not everyone was on her side. Among the Blood Moon Pack members, Cael, Bara, and Vessa remained unmoved, as if the accusations meant nothing to them. It was Jory, a towering figure, who finally couldn’t take it any longer.
“You’d better watch your tongue, woman, Jory snarled, stepping toward Miela, his voice dripping with contempt.
“You’ve got no proof Don’t come here accusing anyone without evidence. I won’t stand by and let you slander my Alpha His words cut through the room like a whip.
Despite the threat, Miela stood tall, unshaken. “Or what? You’ll hit me? Slap me around the some animal? Is that what the Blood Moon Pack does–beat up women?”
Jory’s face turned red with rage. “You’re pushing it now.”
Miela grabbed Thorne’s sleeve, her voice now trembling with feigned desperation. “Alpha, you’ve seen how they act. Please, step in and bring justice to
Fenna and me.”
Thorne’s eyes were shadowed with concern as he looked over to Cal and Elara before turning his gaze back to Miala, his expression cold.
“Miela do you understand what you’re doing? You’re accusing Alpha Cael, in front of members from five of the largest packs. This is serious”
“I know what I’m doing,” Miela said, her voice wavering. “And I don’t care. This crime must stop. Too many women have suffered, and I won’t be silent anymore!”
Elara’s voice interrupted, smooth and venopous. “And what happens if your accusation is wrong. Miela? How will Alpha Thorne punish you then?”

The room fell into shocked silence. A collective gasprose, echoing in the space, Even Thorne’s expression shifted, eyes widening in disbelief

A ripple of laughter spread through the crowd. Miela’s blood boiled.

Cael raised a hand, silencing the room. He locked eyes with Miela, his voice low and calm. “Fine. If it’s proven I’m guilty, I’ll accept whatever punishment you want. But first… let’s see your proof”
The crowd held its breath. The tension was unbearable as Thorne nodded, his voice cold. “It’s time. Present your evidence, Miela”
Miela’s eyes flickered to Fenna. The young maid left the room, her heart pounding in her chest. She returned moments later, holding a bag
“Here it is…” Fenna whispered, hands trembling as she pulled three items from the bag.
The room fell into stunned silence as she revealed a piece of ragged underwear, a used condom, and a stained sheet.
